It's time for new students who are interested in attending EPIC for school year 2008-2009 to make application and receive a test date. You will need to have the following items for registration: Orininal birth certificate; Social Security Card; 2 Current Utility Bills (Gas, water, electric); A copy of your lease, deed, or rental agreement; and the Blue Immunization form.
